Frequently asked questions
Explorer, Traveler and Discover subscriptions have no annual commitment. They can be cancelled at any time by registered letter, with 1 month’s notice starting on the 1st day of the month following receipt of the letter.
By reserving your subscription online, you will receive one month’s subscription.
In concrete terms, once you have booked your membership online, it will be activated on your first day in the gym when you sign your contract.
As of this date, your first month’s subscription will be paid.
